To change the appearance of the cards, press the Options button in the game selection panel (or use the button in the toolbar).

When the Options dialog becomes visible, select the Appearance tab. Solitaire Plus offers two card sizes. The "Large Card Size" requires at least a 1440 x 900 pixel display to play most of the games at the large size (Giza, Pyramid, Pyramid Golf, Queen of Italy, and Montana are the exceptions); a 1680 x 1050 pixel display is recommended to play all the games at the large card size.

The small card size is designed for 1280 x 800 screens and smaller.

If the selected card size is too large for your display, Solitaire Plus will warn you but will still display the game window. Please note that if your display is too small for the selected size as warned, then not all of the cards may be visible for play.

Changing the card size requires the current game window to be closed and reopened before the change is applied.

You also may optionally select "Aged Appearance" and/or "3D Pips". A preview image is provided of the effect. The aged and 3D effects are applied to the currently open game window when the Options dialog closes.

On the right side of the panel you may also select the type of value glyph you prefer for foundation labels.
